Commercial exhibit and job fair
The EACL '99 conference will have a technology exhibit with the international
participation of companies and research bodies in the following areas of
language and speech technology:

dialogue systems and interfaces

speech technology, dictation and telematics

language support for the handicapped

message understanding and summarization systems

spelling, grammar and style checking

software tools for linguistic development

applications products with embedded language or speech modules

intelligent tools for language and linguistics teaching

text and multimedia generation

other linguistic tools and applications
The exhibit, which will also function as a JOB FAIR, will be open on June
9-11 in the seminar rooms on the fourth floor of the conference
building.
